护理硕士研究生创新能力现状及其影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the current situation and influence factors of innovation ability of nursing graduate students. Methods A total of 270 nursing graduate students from 42 universities were surveyed using the Innovation & Creativity Effectiveness Assessment (ICEA) by convenience sampling between March 2016 and November 2016. Results There were 88.1% of nursing graduate students with a total innovation ability score of lower than 4 points, which was at a lower level. Ages, international conferences, other academic activities and the time of supervisors on supervising students significantly affected scores of innovation ability on nursing students(P<0.05). Conclusions The current cultivation situation of innovation ability of nursing graduate students was not optimistic. The cultivation of the innovation ability is a systematic and complicated program which acquires multiply strategies to improve students' innovation ability.%目的 调查护理硕士研究生创新能力的现状,并分析其影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法,于2016年3 —11月采用创新能力评估量表对国内42所高校的270名护理硕士研究生进行问卷调查.结果 88.1%护理硕士研究生创新能力总分<4分,处于中等偏下水平;不同年龄、是否参加国外学术交流、是否参加护理学专业以外的跨领域学术活动、导师每周用于指导学生学习或科研的时间的护理硕士研究生创新能力总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 我国护理硕士研究生创新能力培养现状不容乐观,学生创新能力的培养是一个系统而复杂的工程,需要从多方面入手积极探索提升其创新能力的策略.
