皮肤交界痣良恶性诊断探讨

摘要

Objective To make benign and malignant diagnosis of skin junctional nevus by pathological examination. Methods There were 16 patients with skin junctional nevus, and 2 of which were recurrent cases. Histological pathology and immunohistochemistry detections were applied to analyze these recurrent and non recurrent cases comparatively. Results The detections by histological pathology and immunohistochemistry of recurrent and non recurrent cases had no significant difference. Conclusion The benign and malignant diagnosis of skin junctional nevus can be determined not only by histological pathology and immunohistochemistry detections, but also by the observation of patients’clinical condition for treatment.%目的：通过病理检查对皮肤交界痣的良恶性作出诊断。方法16例皮肤交界痣患者，其中2例为复发病例，使用组织学病理及免疫组化对复发及无复发病例进行对比分析。结果对2例复发病例和14例无复发病例进行组织学病理及免疫组化检验，结果无明显差异。结论对皮肤交界痣良恶性的诊断，不能只进行组织学病理及免疫组化，还应观察患者临床病情，从而进行治疗。
