目的:采用正交试验优化养正消积胶囊中醇提部分(人参、女贞子)超声逆流提取工艺。方法以熊果酸和齐墩果酸的总含量提取率及干膏收率两个考察指标进行综合评分,采用L9(34)正交实验设计优选出超声逆流提取的最佳工艺。结果最佳超声逆流提取工艺条件是:超声频率27 kHz,料液比1:4,乙醇浓度80%,超声温度45℃。结论该法经验证稳定可靠,适用于大批量生产。%Objective To optimize the ultrasound countercurrent extraction technology in alcohol extraction (ginseng and glossy privet fruit) of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules by applying orthogonal test. Methods The total content extraction rate and dry extract yield rate of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were used as review indicators for assessment. L9 (34) orthogonal test was applied to choose the best ultrasound countercurrent extraction technology. Results The conditions of the best ultrasound countercurrent extraction were ultrasonic frequency of 27 kHz, solid-liquid ratio of 1:4, ethanol concentration of 80%, and ultrasonic temperature of 45℃. Conclusion The validation shows the reliability of this method, therefore it is suitable for mass production.
