目的：探讨与总结自体动静脉人工内瘘术的手术方法和注意事项。方法127例血液透析患者行自体动静内瘘术,观察手术成功率、术后出血、术后血栓形成情况。结果本组手术成功率95.3%,术后出血2例,术后血栓形成3例,2例因血管条件差手术失败。结论前臂头静脉-桡动脉端侧吻合是自体动静脉内瘘的首选术式,术前充分评估血管条件、良好的定位、熟练的血管吻合技术是手术成功的关键。%Objective To study the mode and attentions of autogenous arterlovenous fistula operation in patients with end stage renal disease. Methods Selected 127 cases of hemodialysis patients for arteriovenous fistula(AVF) operation, success rate of surgery, postoperative bleeding, postoperative thrombosis were observed. Results Overall achievement ratio of AVF was 95.3%. 2 cases had postoperative hemorrhage, 3 cases had postoperative thrombosis, 2 cases failed to establish an AVF for poor blood vessel. Conclusion Wrist cephalic vein to radial artery with end-side anastomosis (standard fistula) is preferred. Focus on the preoperative assessment of blood vessels, good positioning of the surgery and skillful vascular anastomosis can improve the success rate and the long-term patency rate of fistula.
