乳腺疾病超声征象与剖检切面及病理诊断结果的相关性分析

摘要

目的分析乳腺疾病的超声波检测与病变组织剖检切面及病例诊断结果之间的相关性，将乳腺疾病进行正确的分类，实现尽早发现和正确判断。方法选取150例女性乳腺疾病患者作为研究对象，对患者病灶进行切面剖检和病理学检查分析，完成拍摄并保存记录。分析其与乳腺疾病超声征象之间的关系。结果具有辅助成像功能的超声波仪器更适合检测女性乳腺疾病，通过超声波可正确检测一部分乳腺上皮肿瘤中的浸润性小叶癌、粘液癌等。而对恶性淋巴癌的判断能力较差。结论超声波检测能够及时准确的判断患者乳腺疾病，对剖检切面及病理诊断结果有直接的影响，应进行推广和技术改进。%Objective To analyze the relation on ultrasound imaging of breast diseases, necropsy section and pathological diagnosis results to help patients get scientific classification about the breast diseases. Methods Choose 120 Breast diseases patient, observe the lesions through ultrasound imaging. Complete the necropsy section and the record. Results Diagnostic instruments with auxiliary imaging technology can check the breast diseases correctly. Such as invasive lobular carcinoma. Conclusion Ultrasound imaging can check the breast diseases correctly, related with the necropsy section and pathological diagnosis results.
