乳腺疾病冰冻切片病理诊断分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the pathological diagnosis of frozen section of breast disease. Methods The selected subjects were the data of frozen section of 344 cases of patients admitted in our hospital from March, 2012 to March, 2013. Results Of the pathological diagnosis of 344 cases of frozen section, the diagnostic accuracy of frozen section of benign lesions was 99.2%, and that of malignant lesions was 95.1%. Conclusion Frozen section as a method for rapid intraoperative pathological diagnosis of breast diseases, its diagnostic accurate is high, and it has important clinical diagnostic value.%目的：对乳腺疾病冰冻切片病理诊断进行分析。方法选取的研究对象344例均为2012年3月-2013年3月我院患者的冰冻切片相关资料。结果在该组病理诊断的344例冰冻切片之中，有着99.2%的冰冻切片良性病变准确率和95.1%的恶性病变准确率。结论冰冻切片作为术中快速病理组织学诊断乳腺疾病的方法，准确率比较高，有着重要的临床诊断价值。
