目的：探讨黄光对面部脂溢性皮炎患者皮肤生理的影响。方法选取脂溢性皮炎患者72例，按照治疗方法不同分成观察组和对照组，各36例，观察组采用黄光治疗，对照组采用他克莫司软膏治疗，观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后皮肤油脂、水分和弹性变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率88.9%明显高于对照组61.1%(P0.05)，两组均无严重不良反应。结论黄光能有效地治疗脂溢性皮炎，控制面部皮肤油脂，促进皮肤弹性的恢复。%Objective To investigate influence of yellow light on skin physical signs in facial seborrheic dermatitis patients. Methods A total of 72 seborrheic dermatitis patients were divided by different treatment methods into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The observation group received yellow light for treatment, and the control group received tacrolimus ointment for treatment. Clinical effect, and changes of skin sebum, moisture and elasticity were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The observation group had much higher total effective rate as 88.9%than 61.1%of the control group (P0.05). No severe adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion Yellow light can effective treat seborrheic dermatitis, while controlling facial skin sebum and accelerating recovery of skin elasticity.
