电子支气管镜下氩气刀治疗气管肿瘤的临床分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of electronic bronchoscope argon knife in the treatment of tracheal tumor. Methods There were 38 patient undergoing electronic bronchoscope argon knife, and their symptom changes and chest CT examination results were taken for evaluation of the clini-cal effect. Results Among the 38 cases, there were 9 cured cases, accounting for 23.68%, 18 effective cases, accounting for 47.37%, 9 partial effective cases, accounting for 23.68%, and 2 ineffective cases, accounting for 5.26%. The total effective rate was 94.74%. Conclusion Electronic bronchoscope argon knife provides precise effect in the treatment of tracheal tumor, and it is worth clinically wide application.%目的：评价电子支气管镜下氩气刀治疗气管肿瘤的临床疗效。方法38例接受电子支气管镜下氩气刀治疗的患者，结合患者治疗前后症状变化、胸部 CT 检查综合开展临床疗效评价。结果38例患者治愈9例，占23.68%；有效18例 ， 占 47.37%；部分有效9例，占23.68%；无效2例，占5.26%，总有效率为94.74%。结论电子支气管镜下氩气刀治疗气管肿瘤的临床疗效确定，值得临床广泛应用。
