胰腺癌标准根治术与扩大根治术的疗效比较

目的：比较胰腺癌标准根治术与胰腺癌扩大根治术的治疗效果。方法40例胰腺癌患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，各20例。对照组采用标准胰腺癌根治术，试验组在对照组基础上采用胰腺癌扩大根治术。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组术后1、3年生存率(80%、40%)高于对照组(50%、10%)，差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论胰腺癌扩大根治术效果优于标准根治术，疗效肯定。%Objective To compare curative effects between standard and extended radical surgery for pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 40 patients with pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received standard radical surgery for pancreatic cancer, and the experimental group received additional extended radical surgery for pancreatic cancer. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The experimental group had higher survival rates in postoperative1 and 3 years (80%, 40%) than the control group (50%, 10%), and the difference had statistical significance (P0.05).Conclusion Extended radical surgery for pancreatic cancer provides better effect than standard radical surgery, along with definite curative effect.
