%ObjectiveTo research expression and significance by microvessel density (MVD) in endometrial cancerization, and to investigate influence by angiogenesis on occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.MethodsVascular endothelial cells in endometrium of normal proliferative stage group (20 cases), atypical hyperplasia of endometrium group (20 cases), and endometrial adenocarcinoma group (26 cases) were marked by CD105 monoclonal antibody through immunohistochemical SP method. Further MVD count was made in combination with image analysis technique.ResultsCD105-MVD value was gradually decreased from (11.35±2.37) in endometrium of normal proliferative stage group, to (22.57±4.92) in atypical hyperplasia of endometrium group and (27.66±2.31) in endometrial adenocarcinoma group. Their difference had statistical significance across the three gorups (F=137.969,P<0.01), and the differences between each two groups all had statistical significance (P<0.01).ConclusionTumor angiogenesis is involved in occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
