开放式瘘管切除术在肛瘘手术治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的：探究肛瘘手术治疗中开放式瘘管切除术的应用价值。方法300例肛瘘患者,按随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,各150例。实验组进行开放式瘘管切除术治疗,对照组进行传统治疗方法。对比两组效果。结果两组均无漏便发生,2个月内不适症状基本消失,肛门功能基本恢复。实验组痊愈率为98.67%,高于对照组的86.67%,实验组复发率为1.33%,低于对照组的13.33%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肛瘘手术治疗中开放式瘘管切除术操作方法简单,术后恢复时间短,给患者带来的痛苦小,值得推广。%ObjectiveTo investigate application value by open fistulectomy in anal fistula surgery treatment.MethodsA total of 300 anal fistula patients were divided by random number table into experimental group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. The experimental group received open fistulectomy for treatment, and the control group received conventional therapy. Effects were compared between the two groups. ResultsBoth groups had no occurred leakage, with basically relieved discomfortable symptoms in 2 months and recovered anal function. The experimental group had higher cure rate as 98.67% than 86.67% of the control group. The experimental group had lower recurrence rate as 1.33% than 13.33% of the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionOpen fistulectomy in anal fistula surgery treatment provides easy operation measure, short postoperative recovery time and few pain in patients. It is worth promoting.
