西格列汀与格列美脲分别联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效观察比较

摘要

Objective To compare and observe curative effect and security of sitagliptin and glimepiride respectively combined with melbine for the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 50 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group receive sitagliptin combined with melbine for treatment, and the control group received glimepiride combined with melbine for treatment. Observation were made on glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial blood glucose in 2 h (2 h PG), body mass index (BMI) and occurrence of hypoglycemia after 12 weeks of treatment. Results Both groups had lower HbA1c, FPG and 2 h PG after treatment than before treatment, and their differences had statistical significance (P0.05). The observation group had BMI as (21.6±2.5) kg/m2 after treatment, which was lower than (23.5±2.7) kg/m2 in the control group (P0.05). The observation group had 0 hypoglycemia case, while the control group had 2 hypoglycemia cases, and relieved after eating. There was no statistically significant difference in hypoglycemia rate in two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Sitagliptin or glimepiride respectively combined with melbine for the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus both can effectively control blood glucose, however sitagliptin combined with melbine shows better effect of weight control, and it is also more secure.%目的：对比观察西格列汀及格列美脲分别联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法50例初发2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。观察组采用西格列汀联合二甲双胍进行治疗,对照组采用格列美脲联合二甲双胍进行治疗,治疗12周,观察糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h 血糖(2 hPG)、体质量指数(BMI)及低血糖发生情况。结果两组治疗后 HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG 指标较低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,观察组 BMI 为(21.6±2.5)kg/m2,低于对照组的(23.5±2.7)kg/m2,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组未出现低血糖,对照组出现2例发生低血糖,进食后缓解；两组低血糖发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西格列汀或格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病患者,二者均能较好控制血糖,西格列汀联用二甲双胍控制体重效果更好,且更安全。
