乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫对外周血ICAM-1、CD44表达的影响及其意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the oncologic safety of mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection (MALND).Methods A total of 52 patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups depending on patient's choice: the MALND group (mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection, n=26) and CALND group (conventional axillary lymph node dissection, n=26).The blood samples of the two groups were examined at preoperation and the 1st, 3rd, and 5th day after operation to analyze and compare the expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) and CD44.Results There were no statistical differences in serum levels of ICAM-1 and CD44 between the two groups at preoperation and the 1st, 3rd, and 5th day after operation (P>0.05).Conclusions As compared with CALND, MALND does not increase the expression of ICAM-1 and CD44 in peripheral blood.MALND is oncologically safe.%目的 探讨乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫治疗乳腺癌的肿瘤学安全性.方法 2013年4月~2014年4月,将我院收治的52例乳腺癌患者按患者意愿分成乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫组(乳腔镜组,26例)和常规腋窝淋巴结清扫组(常规组,26例).术前、术后1天、术后3天、术后5天抽取静脉血,应用ELISA法分析2组细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)及CD44的表达水平.结果 乳腔镜组与常规组术前、术后1天、术后3天、术后5天静脉血ICAM-1及CD44水平均无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫术与常规清扫手术一样,没有增加外周血ICAM-1、CD44的表达,具有一定的肿瘤学安全性.
