神经生长因子辅助微创手术治疗糖尿病性周围神经病

         

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of nerve growth fector-assisted nerve decompression for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods The clinical data of 60 DPN patients with damaged common peroneal nerve were analyzed retrospectively, who were divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (ra=30). After common peroneal nerve decompression, the patients in the treatment group received nerve growth factor while the patients in the control group received the vitamin B12. Results The numbness and pain remission occurred in 24 patients of treatment group and the efficacy rate was 80%, which was significantly higher than control group (60%) (P<0.01). Compared with corresponding velocities before treatment, motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) of treatment group increased by 9.9±0.4 m/s (P<0.01), and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) increased by 9.6±0.4 m/s (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, postoperative MNCV and SNCV increased notably in treatment group (both /*<0.01). Conclusions The nerve growth factor-assisted never decompression plays a significant role in the remission of clinical symptoms, recovery of MNCV and SNCV in the patients with DPN.%目的 探讨神经生长因子(NGF )辅助神经减压术治疗糖尿病性周围神经病(DPN)的疗效.方法 回顾性分析60例患有排总神经损害的搪尿病病人的临床资料.将病人分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,均行排总神经减压术,术后治疗组采用NGF治疗,对照组采用维生素B12治疗.结果 治疗组麻木、疼痛症状明显缓解24例,显效率达80%,明显高于对照组(60%) (P<0.01).与治疗前对应速度相比,治疗组运动神经传导速度提高了(9.9±0.4) m/s (P<0.01),感觉神经传导速度提高了(9.6±0.4)m/s(P<0.01);与治疗后对照组相比,治疗组速度均显著增加(均P<0.01).结论 NGF辅助神经减压术对DPN病人临床症状的缓解及感觉、运动神经传导速度的恢复有明显作用.
