主动脉夹层患者手术前后血小板参数变化

摘要

Objective:To analyse the change of platelet parameters in patients with aortic dissection.Method:The clinical data of 43 patients with aortic dissection were collected before and after the first day of operation,the first month and the third month.The platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet-large cell ratio (P-LCR),and platelet distribution width (PDW)were detected.Results:There was no significant difference be-tween the days before and after operation for 1 day(P >0.05).After the first month PLT and PCT were significant-ly higher than the first day after operation.P-LCR,MPV and PDW were lower than the first day after operation(P<0.01).For the third month group,PLT decreased significantly than the first month group,and P-LCR,MPV and PDW were higher than the first month group (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:For the first and the third month the change of platelet parameters is obviously,the risk of thrombosis is higher.%目的：：分析主动脉夹层(AD)患者手术前后血小板相关参数变化。方法：AD患者43例,采用自动化血球仪,检测其手术前及手术后1天、1月、3月的血小板计数(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板分布宽度(PDW),分析各时相上述参数的动态变化。结果：AD 患者术后1天与术前各项参数无明显差异(P >0.05)。术后 1月时 PLT、PCT 较术后1天升高,P-LCR、MPV 和 PDW 较术后1天降低(均 P <0.01)；术后 3月各项指标与术后 1月相比,PLT 明显下降,P-LCR、MPV 及 PDW 显著上升(均 P <0.05)。结论：AD 患者术后 1月、3月血小板参数异常,存在凝血风险。
