新生儿重症监护病房围手术期治疗的临床分析

摘要

Objective To summarize the current status of perioperative treatments in the neonatal intensive care unit and enhance the cure rate during perioperative period of the critical neonates. Methods From July 2007 to June 2009, the data of 67 neonates hospitalized during perioperative period in our institute were analyzed retrospectively.Result The neonates of cure were 40 cases(59.7％ ). In 24 cases of abandoning treatment(35.8％ ) ,there were 15 cases because of economic reasons and 9 cases because of multiple malformation, severe infection or unfavorable prognosis. 3 cases were dead(4.5％ ). Conclusions The treatment in the neonatal intensive care can buy time for preoperative diagnosis and operation. If the combined treatment of respiration support,intravenous nutrition,anti-infection is reasonable and effective,this is very useful to enhance the cure rate of the critical neonates during perioperative period.%目的 对新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)围手术期治疗情况进行总结,提高围手术期危重新生儿的救治成功率.方法 对2007年7月至2009年6月收治的围手术期患儿67例进行回顾性分析.结果 治愈40例(59.7%);家长放弃治疗24例(35.8%),其中15例因经济原因,9例因多发畸形、严重感染或预后差;死亡3例(4.5%).结论 新生儿重症监护病房的治疗为术前诊断及手术治疗争取了时间,而合理有效的呼吸支持、静脉营养及抗感染等综合治疗,对提高围手术期危重症的救治成功率起到了至关重要的作用.
