Objective Observed the change of arithmetic mean deviation of the surface ( Sa) and maximum depth of valleys (Sv) on enamel surface and other structural change in the enamel. Method 7 teeth extracted were measured by roughness measuring instrument (Taylor Hobson TALYSCAN150, England) before and after scaled by ultrasonic sealer ( EMS SACH-1260 Nyon, Swiss) . The results was analyzed with ANOV. 7 teeth were prepared without decalcified section and observed under microscope. Result Sa was no difference significantly between before and after ultrasonic scale(P<0. 05). And Sv was different significantly between before and after. There was change in the structure of enamel. Conclusion The ultrasonic scale could increase the roughness and wearing and tearing on surface of enamel and changed structure of enamel.%目的 观察超声洁治对牙釉质表面粗糙度和磨痕情况的影响,以及对牙釉质的结构影响.方法 7颗离体牙先运用激光光洁度测定仪测定光洁度,然后用超声洁治器进行常规模拟洁治后再次测定其光洁度,比较洁治前后数据.再把离体牙标本制作成磨片在光镜下观察牙釉质结构的变化.结果 洁治后的光洁度小于洁治前,但差异无显著性.形成的磨痕与洁治前相比有明显增加.在光镜观察可见牙釉质结构有变化.结论 超声波洁治能增加牙釉质表面粗糙度并产生磨痕,同时对牙釉质结构也有影响.
