PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional malodor and inflammability of an enamel remover and dissatisfaction and distrust of use thereof by providing an aqueous type product, first of all, without an odor and surely attaching to a manicure for nails, or the like, and usable without waste and difficulty as that for removing the enamel for the nails.;SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by combining a pyrrolidone organic solvent mediated with water limited to a combination of a terpenic hydrocarbon, a carboxyvinyl polymer and a specific polyoxyethylene alkylamine as a substance related to neutralization-hydration reactions for use. Thereby, the effects of the pyrrolidone on the enamel removing material for the nails can further be improved, namely, the security of use effects is enhanced by providing moderate viscosity and an essential malodor is reduced without leakage or loss.
