克罗恩病患者血清ghrelin、CRP和IL-6水平与疾病活动性的关系研究

摘要

目的探讨克罗恩病血清生长激素释放肽（ghrelin）、C反应蛋白（c-reactive protein，CRP）和白介素6（interleukin 6， IL-6）水平与疾病活动性的关系。方法选取2012年1月至2015年5月本院收治的42例克罗恩病患者作为克罗恩病组，根据克罗恩病活动指数（Crohn’s disease activity index，CDAI）分为活动组（CDAI≥150分，n=22）和缓解组（CDAI＜150分，n=20）两个亚组。以30例健康者为对照组。检测克罗恩病组和对照组血清ghrelin、CRP和IL-6水平并分析其与CDAI的关系。结果克罗恩病患者治疗前血清ghrelin、CRP和IL-6水平高于对照组，治疗后上述指标水平低于治疗前（P＜0.05）。缓解组治疗前血清ghrelin、CRP和IL-6水平低于活动组（P＜0.05）。血清ghrelin、CRP和IL-6水平与CDAI均相关（P＜0.05）。结论克罗恩病血清ghrelin、CRP和IL-6水平与疾病活动性相关。%Objective To investigate the relationship between serum growth hormone releasing peptide(ghrelin), c-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin 6(IL-6) levels of patients with Crohn’s disease(CD) with the disease activity.Method42 patients with CD(CD group) were divided into activity groups(CDAI≥150 points,n=22) and remission group(CDAI<150 points,n=20) two subgroups according to CD activity index(CDAI). The other 30 cases of healthy persons were selected as control group.Serum ghrelin, CRP and IL-6 levels of 2 group were detected and relationship between serum ghrelin, CRP and IL-6 levels of CD patients with disease activity were analyzed.Result Serum ghrelin, CRP and IL-6 levels of CD groups before treatment were higher than that of the control group;and serum ghrelin, CRP and IL-6 levels of CD group after treatment were lower than that of before treatment(P<0.05). Serum ghrelin, CRP and IL-6 level of remission groups before treatment were lower than that of activity group(P<0.05). Serum ghrelin, CRP and IL-6 level were correlated with CDAI (P< 0.05).ConclusionSerum ghrelin, CRP and IL-6 level of patients with CD levels are associated with disease activity.
