目的：探讨与比较电视胸腔镜小切口和开胸手术治疗肺癌术后并发症。方法收集本院2010年3月至2015年3月入院的160例肺癌患者随机分为两组。对照组患者给予开胸手术治疗，试验组行电视胸腔镜小切口手术治疗，比较两组患者并发症及其累及各系统分布、个数与围术期相关临床指标等。结果试验组患者未发生并发症概率明显高于对照组，存在明显差异（P＜0.05）；其中呼吸系统并发症发生率显著性低于对照组，存在显著性差异（P＜0.01）；试验组患者并发一种并发症概率明显低于对照组，存在明显差异（P＜0.05）；总体并发症概率显著性低于对照组，存在显著性差异（P＜0.01）；试验组患者术中出血量、术后引流量、下床时间与疼痛评分均显著性低于对照组，存在显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论电视胸腔镜小切口手术后并发症少，尤其在并发一种并发症时最为明显，并减少呼吸系统并发症，且围术期创伤较少，恢复较快，具有借鉴性。%ObjectiveTo investigate and compare laparoscopic small thoracotomy incision and treatment of lung cancer complications. Method 160 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital fromMarch 2010 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with open chest operation, the experimental group was treated with small incision operation, compared with two groups of patients with complications and their involvement in the distribution of the system.Result The experimental group were significantly higher probability of complications did not occur, there is a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); in which the incidence of respiratory complications was significantly lower than the control group, there was a significant difference, with statistically significant (P<0.01); a complication probability concurrent experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, there is a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); overall complication probability significantly lower than the control group, the presence of significant difference, statistically significant (P<0.01); patients in the experimental group blood loss, postoperative drainage, bed time and pain scores were significantly lower than the control group, there was a significant difference statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The complication of small incision operation is the most obvious, especially in the complication of a complication, and reduce the complication of respiratory system, and has less trauma, recovery is faster, and it has reference.
