症状感知偏差哮喘临床诊断方法的初步研究

摘要

Objective: To study the clinical diagnosis methods of symptoms perceived deviation in asthma patients, for Improving disease evaluation accuracy in asthma patients.Methods:271 patients with bronchial asthma were kept asthma subjective symptom and monitored by pulmonary ventilation function for a continuous week,and all of the above were analysed by relevant statistical methods.Results:Of the271 patients in the study 252 finished.Onlyl22patients of them (48.41%) could evaluate tracheal stenosis accurately,51patients with sensitive perception of symptoms of asthma and 66patients who had Blunted perception were diagnosed definitely.Conclusion:Asthma diaries and monitoring pulmonary ventilation function could be used to diagnosis symptoms perceived deviation in asthma patients.%目的:探讨症状感知偏差哮喘的临床诊断方法,以提高哮喘患者病情评估的准确性,提高临床控制率,降低死亡率.方法:对271 例哮喘患者进行连续一周的哮喘自觉症状与气道功能指标对应监测.对所获得的自觉症状累积分和气道功能指标进行统计学处理和对应分析.结果:完成检测的252 例患者,仅122 例(48.41%) 患者是症状感知正常者,明确诊断出了51 例症状感知敏感型和66 例症状感知迟钝型哮喘.结论:症状感知偏差哮喘的临床诊断可采用哮喘自觉症状和气道功能指标对应监测的方法.
