培哚普利联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘要

目的:探培哚普利联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法:选取2010年10月～2011年10月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者96例,随机分为研究组和对照组.两组均给予一般常规治疗,而研究组则在此基础上加用培哚普利与索洛尔联合治疗,并比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果:研究组与对照组相比,显效的比率和总的有效率均得到显著的改善和提高,而无效的比率则呈显著降低的趋势,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在培哚普利联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的过程中,表现出较好的临床治疗效果,是慢性心力衰竭患者首选的联合用药方案.%Objective:Agent and which was joint bisoprolol treatment of chronic heart failure clinical curative effect.rnlethods: Select in October 2010 to October 2011 of chronic heart failure patients were 96 cases were randomly divided into research group and the control group. Conclusion:Much was discussed and joint bisoprolol the treatment of chronic heart failure process,shows good clinical treatment effect,is chronic heart failure patients preferred combination scheme.
