目的:探讨健康体检中发生体检项目漏项的主要原因,并提出干预方法.方法:分析我体检中心2010 年1月~2010 年12 月健康体检者发生漏检的主要原因,在2011 年1月起,加强人性化管理,比较2011 年与2010 年在我体检中心体检者发生漏检的比例与体检者对我中心服务的满意度.结果:健康体检者发生漏项的主要原因为:不重视、紧张焦虑情绪、等待时间长、有某种疾病、环境因素等.加强人性化管理后,2011 年发生漏项者明显减少,体检者对我体检中心的服务更加满意,与2010 年比较,差异十分显著,P＜0.05.结论:健康体检者发生漏检的原因较多,其需要在体检的各个环节加强管理,避免漏检.%Objective:To investigate the main reason for medical projects omissions in healthy, and suggest ways to intervene.Methods:The main reason for my examination center health examination from January 2010 to December 2010 occurred undetected, in January 2011 to strengthen the management of humane, comparing the 2011 and 2010 occurred in my examination center examination the proportion of undetected medical satisfaction with the services of our center.Resuits: The healthy subjects were the omissions of the main reasons are: do not attach importance, tension, anxiety, long waiting times, there is some kind of disease, environmental factors.
