氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合用药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on unstable angina pectoris.Methods:100 cases of patients as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Both groups were given routine treatment, and experimental group was added with aspirin combined with clopidogrel.Results:(1) The efficiency rate(X2=4.396,p<0.05), total effective rate (X2=4.070,p<0.05)of experimental group was significantly better than control group. (2) LVEF(t=3.147,p<0.05),LVES D(t=3.463,p<0.05) and LVEDD(t=1.138,p<0.05)of experimental group was significantly better than control group. (3) Both groups had no serious side-action happened.Conclusion:Clopidogrel combined with aspirin used for unstable angina pectoris,can significantly improve heart function , enhance clinical effect, and has high safety, so it is a desirable therapy method in clinical work .%目的:评价氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果.方法:100例患者作为研究对象被随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,实验组加用氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合治疗.结果:(1)实验组显效率(X2=4.396,p<0.05)和总有效率(X2=4.070,p<0.05)均显著优于对照组.(2)实验组LVEF(t=3.147,p<0.05),LVESD(t=3.463,p<0.05)和LVEDD(t=4.138,p<0.05)均显著优于对照组.(3)两组均未发生严重副反应.结论:氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合治疗不稳定性心绞痛,能显著改善心功能,提高临床效果,同时具有较高的安全性,值得临床考虑.
