复方南星止痛膏治疗非特异性下腰痛的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察复方南星止痛膏治疗非特异性下腰痛的疗效。方法：将200例患者随机分为A组(98例)单纯腰背肌锻炼组和B组(97例)复方南星止痛膏外用加腰背肌锻炼组,治疗前后以VAS视觉模拟量尺和SF-36健康状况调查问卷进行评估。结果：两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,VAS与SF-36评分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)；治疗后,VAS与SF-36评分B组与A组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者经四周治疗症状均有明显改善,B组腰痛缓解程度及健康状况改善程度均优于A组。结论：在腰背肌锻炼的基础上,复方南星止痛膏是治疗NLBP行之有效的方法之一。%Objective:Clinical observation of Compound Nanxing Pain Paste on nonspecific low back pain. Methods:A total of 200 patients with nonspecific low back pain were randomized to group A(n=98) treated with exercise for hyperextension of spine only, and group B(n=97)treated with exercise for hyperextension of spine and Compound Nanxing Pain Paste according to their admission sequence. The pain intensity and the capability of daily activity were assessed in patients of the two groups by using visual analog scale (VAS) and 36-Item Short Form (SF-36). Results:Two groups of patients after treatment and before treatment comparison, VAS compared with the SF-36 score differences have significant resistance (P<0.05);After treatment, VAS and SF-36 score in group B with A group comparison, differences have significant (P<0.05). Symptoms of the two groups were improved significantly after treatment of four weeks. In comparison with group A,in group B the changes of VAS index and SF-36 scores were more significant. Conclusion:On the basis of exercise for hyperextension of spine, Compound Nanxing Pain Paste is one of the effective methods treating nonspecific low back pain.
