甘露聚糖肽对放射治疗与化学治疗所致白细胞减少症的疗效观察

Objective:Observe the efficacy of Mannatide to treat leukopenia caused by chemotherapy.Methods:120 cases of patients with leukopenia caused by chemotherapy during Nov. 2008~Feb.2011,were randomly divided equally into treatment group and control group by random number table. Based on the conventional therapy, the treatment group was added with Mannantide Capsule and the control group was added with Diyushengbai Tablet.4 weeks for a course of treatment, and treat 2 courses. Results:T After one week of the treatment, the white blood cell count in treatment group was significantly higher than before treatment,while that was found significantly increased after 2 weeks in control group. The white blood cell count was statistically significantly different at 8th week after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Mannatide treating leukopenia caused by chemotherapy has a fast onset time and significant clinical efficacy. It is worth promoting in clinic.%目的：观察甘露聚糖肽对放射治疗化学治疗(放化疗)所致白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：选择2008年11月~2011年2月期间因放化疗致白细胞减少患者120例,按随机数字表法随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上,加用甘露聚糖肽胶囊,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上,加用地榆升白片,4周1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果：治疗组临床总有效率为96.67%,明显优于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组用药1周后就见患者外周血白细胞计数较治疗前明显升高,而对照组在用药2周时才见白细胞计数明显升高。两组治疗第8周时白细胞计数比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：甘露聚糖肽治疗放化疗致白细胞减少症起效快,临床效果明显,具有临床推广价值。
