甘露聚糖肽治疗白细胞减少症的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察甘露聚糖肽治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：2010年1月~2012年12月选择笔者所在医院就诊的白细胞减少症患者84例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各42例,实验组患者在常规治疗基础上口服甘露聚糖肽胶囊,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上口服地榆升白片,1个月为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果：实验组临床总有效率高于对照组,两组临床疗效、见效时间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：甘露聚糖肽治疗白细胞减少症效果满意。%Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Mannatide in treatment with leukopenia.Methods:84 patients with leukopenia in hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.42 cases in treatment group were given conventional treatment plus Mannatide capsules;patients in the control group were given conventional treatment plus Diyushengbai tablet,a month for a period of treatment, a total of 2 course of treatment.Results:The total efficiency of treatment group was higher.There were statistical differences of clinical efficacy and effective time between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of leukopenia with Mannatide is satisfactory.
