膝胸卧位下经气管导管保留灌肠在门诊老年便秘患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of retention enema with tracheal tube in knee-chest position on treatment of senile outpatients suffered constipation. Methods:60 senile outpatients suffered constipation were randomly allocated to 2 groups (30 cases in each group). Patients in control group were given conventional enema with disposable anal tube and other patients accepted retention enema with tracheal tube in knee-chest position. The effect of enema, incidence of adverse reaction and satisfaction level of patients were observed and compared in two groups. Results:The effect of enema and satisfaction level of patients in experimental group were superior to control group (P<0.01), Overflow of enema liquid and awareness of defecation in experimental group were obviously less than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:It is effective and safe that retention enema with tracheal tube in knee-chest position on treatment of senile outpatients suffered constipation.%目的：探讨膝胸卧位下经气管导管保留灌肠治疗门诊老年便秘患者的有效性和安全性。方法：60例门诊老年便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，对照组采用一次性肛管行常规方法灌肠，观察组在膝胸卧位下行气管导管保留灌肠，比较两组患者灌肠后的排便情况，不良反应发生情况以及患者满意度。结果：观察组灌肠效果和患者满意度优于对照组(P<0.01)，观察组灌肠液外流和灌肠后强烈便意发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：膝胸卧位下经气管导管保留灌肠治疗门诊老年患者便秘有效、安全。
