扎鲁司特对于支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效、安全性及患者的情绪的影响

摘要

Objective:We aim to analyze the clinical value of zafirlukast on the response rate, security and mood of asthma acute phase patients.Methods:Select 102 asthma acute phase patients in our hospital, we divided the patients into 2 groups randomly, the 2 groups received zafirlukast combined with budesonide and budesonide Result:In the combined drugs goup, the response rate is more excellent and safer than control goup, and zafirlukast can improve the mood of the patients effectively.Conclusion:Zafirlukast can treat asthma effectively and safely, in the same time, it can improve the mood of asthma patients obviously.%目的：本文旨在研究集扎鲁司特对于支气管哮喘急性期的疗效、安全性及患者情绪的影响。方法：选取我院治疗的支气管哮喘患者102例，单盲随机分为两组，分别采用扎鲁司特联合布地奈德和布地奈德。结果：联合用药组的治疗有效率明显高于布地奈德组，安全性较高，并且能够有效地改善患者的情绪状况。结论：扎鲁司特能够安全有效地缓解支气管哮喘患者的症状，同时改善支气管哮喘患者的情绪状况。
