短暂性脑缺血发作患者神经损伤相关因子及脑血管血液动力学参数变化研究

摘要

Objective:To study the variation of nerve injury related factors and cerebral vascular hemodynamic parameters of patients with transient ischemic attack.Methods:34 patients with transient ischemic attackin our hospital from October 2010 to July 2012 were selected as observation group,and 34 healthy personnel at the same time were selected as control group,then the nerve injury related factors and cerebral vascular hemodynamic parameters of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The serum nerve injury related factors of observation group were all higher than those of control group,Vmean and Qmean were lower than those of control group,R,DR and Wv were higher than those of control group,and change range of these with higher seizure frequency were all bigger than those with lower seizure frequency,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion:The nerve injury related factors and cerebral vascular hemodynamic parameters of patients with transient ischemic attack shows an bnormal state.%　　目的：探讨短暂性脑缺血发作患者神经损伤相关因子及脑血管血液动力学参数的变化规律。方法：选取2010年10月~2012年7月于本院进行治疗的34例短暂性脑缺血发作患者为观察组,同期进行健康体检的34名健康人员为对照组,后将两组人员的神经损伤相关因子及脑血管血液动力学参数进行统计及比较。结果：观察组的血清神经损伤相关因子均高于对照组,Vmean、Qmean均低于对照组,R、DR及Wv高于对照组,且发作频率高者变化幅度大于发作频率低者,P均＜0.05,有显著性差异。结论：短暂性脑缺血发作患者神经损伤相关因子及脑血管血液动力学参数均呈异常状态。
