PET-CT在孤立性肺结节良恶性诊断中的应用价值

摘要

Objictive:Inquire into the diagnosis value of PET-CT to the isolation lung node stanza. Methods:Is 58 through the case check or with visit to monitor a condition, go a PET-CT check at the same time, carry on a statistics. Results:In 58 medical histories through pathologic the malignant confirmation have 18, both sexes 40, the PET-CT check considers that the ill nature has 21, positive 37.Conclusion:PET-CT has good application value in the good malignant diagnosis standing alone sex lung node stanza.%　　目的：探讨PET-CT在肺部结节良恶性诊断中的作用，以及PET-CT灵敏度及特异性在临床的应用范围。方法：随机选取我院2009年9月至2011年6月的58例行PET/CT检查病例进行定时访问及监控统计。结果：60例检查病例中经过病理诊断分析得出恶性肿瘤20例，良性肿瘤40例，检查结果考虑恶性有25例，良性35例。结论：PET-CT在孤立性肺结节的良恶性诊断中效果显著，早期诊断的准确率较高。
