脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复治疗的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To explore and study of early rehabilitation on stroke patients with hemiplegia efficacy and prognostic implications. Methods:For removal of treated in our hospital74cases of stroke patients with the clinical data as the research object, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases in each group, the control group treated with conventional drugs; observation group based on the plus rehabilitation training, acupuncture and other methods of treatment, at the end of treatment to two groups of patients with treatment effects were statistically compared.Results:Observation of neurological function improved significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.05). The observation group significant effective rate and total effective rate were 64.86% (24) and 94.59% (35), the control group significant effective rate and total effective rate were 43.24% (16) and 72.97% (27), the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion:Early rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis, worthy of clinical promotion and application.%　　目的：探讨和研究早期康复治疗对于脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效和预后的影响.方法：摘取我院近年来收治的74例脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床资料作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各37例，其中对照组采用常规药物治疗；观察组在此基础上加上康复训练、针灸治疗等方法进行治疗，在治疗结束后对两组患者的治疗效果进行统计对比.结果：观察组神经功能缺损改善情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组显效率和总有效率分别为64.86%(24)和94.59%(35)，对照组显效率和总有效率分别为43.24%(16)和72.97%(27)，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：早期康复治疗的应用能够有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的治疗效果和预后情况，值得在临床上加以推广和应用.
