脑卒中住院死亡病例的临床分析研究

摘要

Objective:To study the brain stroke patients during hospitalization death causes and risk factors.Methods:1 200 patients with stroke in our hospital patients,18 of inpatients die during the recovery.Through the detailed information of all patients were retrospectively analyzed to find their death causes and risk factors.Results:The main cause of cardiovascular system complications,infectious shock,recurrent cerebral hemorrhage,diabetic hyperosmolar coma, pulmonary embolism and hypoalbuminemia ; Age,blood pressure,coma,high fever,a history of stroke,alimentary tract hemorrhage, brain heart syndrome as the main risk factors.Conclusion:The patients with cerebral apoplexy in hospital during recovery cause of death and risk factors are various, only to ful y understand and active prevention,early treatment, can effectively reduce mortality.%　　目的：探讨脑卒中患者住院期间死亡的原因及危险因素，为提高医疗质量降低死亡率提供参考依据。方法：我院1200例脑卒中住院患者，其中18例住院恢复期间死亡。通过对所有患者详细资料的回顾性分析，寻找其死亡的原因和危险因素。结果：死因主要有心血管系统并发症、感染性休克、复发性脑出血、糖尿病高渗性昏迷、肺栓塞以及低蛋白血症；年龄、血压、昏迷、高热、卒中史、消化道出血、脑心综合征为主要危险因素。结论：脑卒中患者在住院恢复期间死因和危险因素都是多种多样的，只有予以充分认识并积极预防、早期处理，才能有效地降低死亡率。
