社区干预方法对高血压患者的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：：关于将社区干预方法用于高血压患者所取得的疗效进行分析研究。方法：选取到我社区医院院接受治疗的160例高血压患者,按干预方法的不同将其分成两组。对照组患者进行普通护理干预,实验组则采用社区干预方法。比较并观察两组患者干预后的血压控制效果,干预前后血压的变化情况。结果：实验组患者血压控制的总有效率(87.50%)明显高于对照组(57.50%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后患者的收缩压(128.62±10.05)mmHg、舒张压(70.03±7.08)mmHg明显低于治疗前收缩压(166.52±9.78)mmHg、舒张压(82.96±8.22)mmHg,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用社区干预方法对高血压患者进行干预效果明显,使得患者加深了对高血压的认识,增强了血压控制效果,提高了患者的生活质量。%Objective:To analyze and study the clinical effects of community interventions on hypertension.Methods:160 cases of the patients with hypertension in our community hospital were chosen and divided into two groups by interventions. The control group was treated with general nursing interventionts, while the experimental group was with community interventions. The effects of blood pressure control and the changes of the blood pressure before and after the interventions were compares and observes.Results:In the aspect of blood pressure control,the total effective rate of experimental group (87.50%) was significantly higher than control group(57.50%), it was statistically significant (P<0.05). In experimental group, the systolic blood pressure diastolic blood pressure after treatment(128.62 ± 10.05,70.03 ± 7.08) mmHg were significantly lower than those before treatment (166.52 ± 9.78,82.96 ± 8.22) mmHg,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:It has obvious effects that applying community interventions in patients with hypertension, which can deepen the understanding of hypertension, enhance the effects of blood pressure control and improve the life quality of patients.
