社区高血压群组干预对患者治疗依从性的影响研究

摘要

目的：探讨社区高血压群组干预治疗高血压的依从性。方法：选自2012年1月到2013年1月在我社区里面健康存档的高血压患者，从其中选出自愿者80位，随机分成2组，分别命名为治疗组和对照组。每组40位患者，对照组采用常规治疗和护理方法来治疗40位高血压患者，治疗组采用社区高血压群组干预的方法对患者进行治疗分析，采用在基础护理上进行社区干预，其中包括心理护理和健康教育等干预方法治疗40位高血压患者，制定一定的治疗周期，治疗期过后，将2组高血压患者治疗结果进行对比分析。结果：治疗后，由数据可知，治疗组的患者采用在基础护理上进行社区干预治疗高血压患者，显效25例，占该组临床数的62.5%，有效12例，占该组临床总人数的30%，无效3例，占该组临床总人数的7.5%。治疗组临床治疗的总有效率为92.5%。对照组采用常规治疗和护理方法来治疗40位高血压患者，显效15例，占该组临床数的37.5%，有效13例，占该组临床总人数的32.5%，无效12例，占该组临床总人数的30%，对照组临床治疗的总有效率为70%。结论：社区高血压群组干预对患者治疗高血压有很好的效果，这种治疗方案值得临床推广。%Objective: To investigate the therapeutic intervention group Hypertension Hypertension compliance.
