指端侧真皮浅层创面放血法治疗末节断指再植的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of dermal superficial layer incision finger reunion phlebotomy on reunion of distal severed fingers.Methods:286 cases of patients with distal several finger admitted in this hospital during the period ranging from February 2010 to June 2012 were selected in this research, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with the method of random number, there were 112 case of patients in the treatment group, 118 fingers were applied with dermal wound phlebotomy treatment on fingertip side;174 cases of patients are in the control group, and 183 fingers were applied with tip side incision phlebotomy treatment, and therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:112 case patients in the treatment group applied with finger end dermal incision phlebotomy treatment enabled 114 fingers (96.61%) to recover in the control group, 174 cases in the control group were subject to tip side incision phlebotomy treatment with 147 fingers (80.33%) survived, and the comparison difference in two kinds of phlebotomy treatment were statistically significant (X2=16.51, P<0.01).Conclusion:The recover rate of patients undergoing clinical treatment applied with dermal superficial layer incision phlebotomy of finger tip side was significantly higher than that of incision phlebotomy, and it should be treated as the preferred solution in clinical treatment, being widely promoted and applied.%目的：观察分析临床采用指端侧真皮浅层创面放血法对末端断指再植的治疗效果。方法：本研究选取我院2010年2月到2012年6月期间收治的286例末节断指患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其随机分为两组,治疗组112例118指采用指端侧真皮浅层创面放血法治疗,对照组174例183指采用端侧切口放血法治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗组112例患者采用指端侧真皮浅层创面放血法治疗后成活114指(96.61%),对照组174例患者采用端侧切口放血法治疗成活147指(80.33%),两种放血法治疗成活率比较差异具有统计学意义(X2=16.51,P<0.01)。结论：临床治疗末端断指患者采用指端侧真皮浅层创面放血法成活率明显高于端侧切口放血法,应作为临床治疗的首选方案,广泛推广和应用。
