SYSMEX-XE2100血球仪在消化道溃疡中的应用

摘要

目的:应用SYSMEX-XE2100血球仪分析消化道溃疡患者的血常规的特点.方法:回顾性分析72例消化内科溃疡患者的病历资料,以SYSMEX-XE2100血球仪测得的结果分析溃疡患者的血常规特点.结果:72例患者中高于参考值上限,WBC总数有4例,中性粒细胞为13例,淋巴细胞为12例,中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞分别为5例和1例.血常规检查白细胞系异常的25例,占总患者的34.7%.25例异常结果中13例为中性粒细胞异常;12例为淋巴细胞异常.结论:利用SYSMEX-XE2100血球仪进行血常规检查,对溃疡患者的血常规结果进行统计和分析,对于研究溃疡的治疗、分析预后等是十分有价值的.%Objective: To analyze the characteristics of patients with peptic ulcer of the routine application of SYSMEX-XE2100 blood corpuscle analyzer.Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 72 cases of patients with digestive ulcer of medicine, to SYSMEX-XE2100 blood instrument measuring results of the analysis of the characteristics of the ulcer patients blood.Results:72 cases were higher than the reference value, WBC total of 4 cases, 13 cases of neutrophils, 12 cases of lymphocytes, neutrophils and lymphocytes were 5 cases and 1 cases. Blood routine examination of white blood cells of abnormal 25 cases, accounted for 34.7% of the patients. In 25 cases, 13 cases of abnormal results were abnormal, 12 cases were abnormal lymphocyte.Conclusion: Using SYSMEX-XE2100 blood instrument for blood routine examination, of peptic ulcer patients with routine blood test results of statistics and analysis, to study ulcer treatment, prognosis and so on is very valuable.
