血清铁蛋白及血清铁检测在小儿颅内感染中的意义

         

摘要

目的:研究和分析检测血清铁蛋白和血清铁在小儿颅内感染鉴别诊断中的意义。方法:检测2013年~2014年作者所在科室收治的有神经系统症状的患儿血清铁蛋白及血清铁的水平,比较不同病原体引起的颅内感染患儿血清铁蛋白及血清铁的变。结果:病毒性脑膜炎患儿血清铁蛋白浓度(62.25±17.28)μg/L,血清铁浓度(32.56±12.48)μg/L;细菌性脑膜炎患儿血清铁蛋白浓度(208.42±79.82)μg/L,血清铁浓度(35.49±15.52)μg/L,两组比较细菌性脑膜炎患者血清铁蛋白明显高于病毒性脑膜炎患者(P<0.05),血清铁浓度差异无统计学意义。细菌性脑膜炎患者血清铁蛋白诊断界值为104.52μg/L,敏感性为0.674,特异性为0.949。结论:血清铁蛋白可作为儿童颅内感染早期辅助鉴别诊断指标。%Objective: To study and analysis the value of Serum ferritin and iron Detection in Differential Diagnosis of Intracranial Infection in Children.Methods:Serum ferritin and iron were determined in children with nervous system symptoms admitted to department of pediatrics during 2013 to 2014,compared the changes between different pathogen intracranial infection. Results: In the viral meningitis group,the serum ferritin is (62.25±17.28) μg/L,the iron is (32.56±12.48) μg/L,in the bacterial meningitis group,the serum ferritin is (208.42±79.82) μg/L,the iron is (35.49±15.52) μg/L,there was significant difference in serum ferritin level between the two groups,and there was no significant difference in serum iron level between the two groups,For early diagnosis of bacterial meningitis,104.52 μg/L was considered as the appropriate cut-off value of serum ferritin (a sensitivity of 0.674 and a specificity of 0.949).Conclusion: Serum ferritin is an early auxiliary diagnosis index in children with intracranial infection.
