心脉通胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变46例临床观察

摘要

目的：比较心脉通胶囊与麻黄丸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果，旨在发现一种对糖尿病周围神经病变有特殊治疗效果和不良反应较少的治疗方法。方法：将2013年5月～7月来我院就诊的46例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各23例，观察组患者服用心脉通胶囊，对照组患者服用麻黄丸，除以上两种药物外，两组患者不再服用影响本次研究的任何其它药物，服药3个月后观察并比较两组患者的疼痛缓解情况，疾病有效治愈率、治疗前后腓神经和胫神经的传导速率（运动和感觉），并对服药后的不良反应进行随访。结果：疼痛改善：观察组有效率为91.3%，对照组为65.22%，相比具有差异（P＜0.05）；治疗有效率：观察组治疗总有效率为82.6%，对照组为52.17%，比较具有差异性（P＜0.05）；神经传导功能：两组治疗3个月后运动传导和感觉传导功能均具有改善，但与对照组相比，观察组改善更明显，差异也具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；不良反应：两组治疗后均未发现一些明显的不良反应（P＞0.05）。结论：与麻黄丸相比较，心脉通胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果更显著。%Objective: To compare the clinical effect of Xinmaitong capsule and ephedra pill in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,in order to find a special therapeutic effect and less adverse reactions in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:The 2013 May -7 months to 46 cases in our hospital for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 23 cases,observation group patients take Xinmaitong capsule,control group patients taking ephedrine pills,in addition to the above two kinds of drugs,not taking any other drugs of this the patients in the two groups,at 3 months after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups of patients with pain relief,disease cure rate,transfer rate of peroneal nerve (motor and sensory) before and after treatment,and follow-up of the adverse effects of medication.Results: The improvement of pain: the effective rate of observation group was 91.3%,the control group was 65.22%,compared with the difference between the (P<0.05);the treatment efficiency: the total effective rate of observation group was 82.6%,the control group was 52.17%,compared with the differences (P<0.05);nerve conduction function: the two groups of motor conduction and sensory conduction function 3 months later has improved,but compared with the control group,the observation group improved more obviously,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);adverse reaction: two groups after treatment were found some obvious adverse reaction (P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ephedra pill,clinical effect of Xinmaitong Capsule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is more significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
