医用胶处理面部创口与传统缝合法效果的对比

摘要

Objective: To investigate the different results of facial wound treat with traditional suture and medical glue Methods: The 108 patients of skin laceration on head and face were randomly divided into observation group(n=55) and control group(n=53),all patients with routine disinfection.Patients in observation group with medical adhesive treatment,Patients subject to traditional suture in control group.Record the time required for surgeons dealing with wound,patient’s charges,healing time.Patients were followed up and count patient’s satisfaction,wound healing score etc.Results:Compared with the control group,observation group not only reduced the time required for surgeons dealing with wounds significantly(P<0.01),and obtained better cosmetic results and patient’s satisfaction(P<0.01),but also could reduce the burden of patients,however,no significant difference(P>0.05).There is no significant difference on wound healing time between the two groups(P=0.771). Conclusion: Wound treat with medical glue can reduce patient’s pain,reduce work intensity of emergency physician,and get better cosmetic results.%目的：探讨头面部常见创口采用医用胶治疗与传统缝合效果的比较。方法：将头面部裂伤患者108例随机分成观察组（55例）与对照组（53例），两组均经常规创口消毒后，观察组采用医用胶处理创口，对照组采用传统缝合法处理创口。记录医师处理创口所需时间，医疗费用，愈合时间，随访并统计创口愈合评分与患者满意度。结果：与对照组相比，观察组明显减少了外科医师处理创口所需时间(P＜0.01)，并获得了更好的创口愈合评分与患者满意度(P＜0.01)，同时减轻患者负担，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。且两组在伤口愈合时间上无显著性差异（P=0.711）。结论：采用医用胶能减少患者痛苦，降低急诊科医师工作强度，达到更好的创口美容效果。
