蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗心脾蕴热型复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察加减玉女煎联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗口腔溃疡疗效.方法:将65例口腔溃疡患者随机分成两组,其中治疗组34例,对照组31例,通过常规玉女煎的加减治疗,治疗组加服蒲地蓝消炎口服液;对照组加服维生素B2,含服华素片.观察两组治疗后效果.结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为85.29%及51.61%,两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论:加服蒲地蓝消炎口服液能够提高治疗口腔溃疡的有效率.%Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Pudilan associate with Yu Nu Compound in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer (ROU).Methods:A total of 65 patients admitted to the department of the spleen and stomach in our hospital were selected.All the patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,experiment group of 34 patients.the others 31 patients.The experimental group was treated with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets and vitamin B2 combined with Pudilan,the control group was treated with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets and vitamin B2.The clinical effect of these two group was evaluated after treatment.Results:The treatment group and the comparison group total effectiveness respectively 85.29% and 51.61%.There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid can improve the efficiency of treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.
