针刺联合穴位注射在中风后呃逆治疗中应用的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察针刺联合穴位注射在中风后呃逆治疗中应用的疗效。方法：运用随机抽样的方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年9月收治的80例中风后呃逆患者，依据治疗方法将这些患者分为研究组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。给予对照组患者盐酸氯丙嗪片治疗，给予研究组患者针刺联合穴位注射治疗。结果：研究组患者治疗的总有效率95.0%（38/40）显著高于对照组62.5%（25/40）（P＜0.05），治疗后3、5、7d的呃逆症状积分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），不良反应发生率5.0%（2/40）显著低于对照组45.0%（18/40）（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺联合穴位注射在中风后呃逆治疗中应用效果显著。%Objective: To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of post-stroke hiccup.Methods:80 cases of patients with post-stroke hiccup who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method, these patients were divided into study group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to the treatment methods.The control group of patients were given chlorpromazine hydrochloride tablets treatment, while the study group of patients were given acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy.Results:The total treatment efficiency of the study group 95.0% (38/40) was significantly higher than the control group 62.5% (25/40) (P<0.05), the hiccups symptom scores 3,5,7d after treatment were significantly lower(P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions 5.0% (2/40) was significantly lower than the control group 45.0% (18/40) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of post-stroke hiccup is remarkable.
