中药汤剂合并小剂量西药抗抑郁剂治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者效果比较研究#

摘要

Objective: To study the clinical effect of post-stroke depression treatedby using TCM decoction combined with low-dose antidepressant.Methods:From Apr 2014 to Apr 2016 year period,66 cases of post-stroke patients with depressionin our hospital,according to figures were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group of 33 cases was treated with phlegm Qingqiao Jieyu Decoction combined with small dose of escitalopram oxalate,33 cases in the control group only with escitalopram oxalate treatment,the clinical efficacy the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the observation group HAMD score,NIHSS score,clinical efficacy were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Post stroke depression using TCM decoction combined with small doses of antidepressants can improve neurological symptoms and depressive symptoms,improve clinical efficacy and fewer side effects.%目的：研究脑卒中后抑郁采用中药汤剂联合小剂量抗抑郁药物治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2014年4月～2016年4月期间，笔者所在医院收治的脑卒中后抑郁症患者66例，根据数字随机表法分为两组：观察组33例采用自拟豁痰清窍解郁汤联合小剂量草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗，对照组33例单用草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗。结果：经治疗，观察组HAMD评分、NIHSS评分、临床疗效均优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：脑卒中后抑郁采用中药汤剂联合小剂量抗抑郁药物能够改善神经功能缺损症状及抑郁症状，提高临床疗效且副反应少。
