中医药治疗对食管肿瘤患者化疗毒副反应与生活质量的影响分析

摘要

Objective: To analyze the effects of TCM therapy combined with chemotherapy on the side effects and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:70 cases of esophageal cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group.Two groups of patients with the same chemotherapy,the patients in the observation group combined with Yiqi Sanjie decoction,two groups of patients’ adverse reaction occurrence and improve the quality of life were compared after 6 weeks.Results:Before treatment,two groups of patients quality of life scores had no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with chemotherapy alone,the combination of TCM and esophageal cancer chemotherapy can significantly reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,enhance the immune function of patients,and improve the quality of life.%目的：分析与探讨中医疗联合化疗对于食管肿瘤患者毒副作反应和生活质量的影响情况。方法：选择2012年5月～2015年6月我院接受化疗的70例食管肿瘤患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各35例。两组患者化疗方法相同，其中观察组患者在此基础上联合益气散结方治疗，比较两组患者治疗6周后的毒副反应发生情况以及生活质量改善情况。结果：治疗前，两组患者生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：与单纯化疗相比，中药联合食管癌术后化疗可明显减轻化疗引起的毒副反应，增强患者额免疫功能，并提高其生活质量。
