探究口腔颌面外科术后感染影响因素及病原菌分布

摘要

Objective: To explore the influencing factors and pathogenic bacteria distribution of postoperative infection in patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:300 cases of oral and maxillofacial tumor patients with the object of study from Jan 2014 to Jan 2016 year in January in our hospital,all patients underwent surgical treatment,statistics and non infection infection in patients with age,duration of hospitalization,smoking,or coma etc.Results: In 75 cases of infection,80 strains of pathogens were isolated by bacterial culture,among which 49 were gram positive bacteria,accounting for 61.25%,31 were gram negative bacteria,accounting for 38.75%.Conclusion:The age,operation time,anesthesia,with basic diseases,perioperative medication,postoperative medication time factors of infection after oral and maxillofacial surgery,the incidence of infection and patients regardless of gender,distribution of pathogenic bacteria in Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative Staphylococcus and Enterococcus.%目的：探究口腔颌面外科术后感染影响因素及病原菌分布。方法：本次研究的对象为2014年1月～2016年1月笔者所在医院收治的口腔颌面肿瘤患者，共300例，所有的患者均进行外科手术治疗，统计发生感染与未发生感染的患者的年龄、住院时间、是否吸烟、是否昏迷等情况。结果：发生感染的75例患者中，经过细菌培养共分离出80株感染病原菌，其中革兰阳性菌49株，占61.25%，革兰阴性菌31株，占38.75%。结论：口腔颌面外科术后感染影响因素包括年龄、手术时间、麻醉方式、是否伴随基础疾病、围手术期是否用药、术后用药时间等，感染的发生与患者的性别无关，病原菌的分布主要在金黄色葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和肠球菌属等。
