不同方法治疗慢性根尖炎的效果对照观察及评估

摘要

目的：探讨不同方法治疗慢性根尖炎(CAP)的临床疗效。方法：146例CAP患者患牙155颗。按治疗方法分为A 组74例和B 组72例，A 组经一次性根管治疗；B 组经多次根管治疗，术后1周观察两组患者的疼痛程度，术后随访1年，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗后1周，两组疼痛发生率无显著差异（Z=1.322，P＞0.05）。治疗后1年，A组有效率明显高于B组（Z=4.460，P＜0.05）。结论：一次性根管治疗对一般CAP患者的治疗效果优于多次根管治疗，远期疗效较好，但对有严重牙周组织病变和根管钙化等复杂情况的患者需进行多次根管治疗。%Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of different methods in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis (CAP).Methods: 146 patients with CAP had 155 teeth. According to treatment methods were divided into A group of 74 cases and 72 cases in group B, group A with disposable root canal treatment; group B with multiple root canal treatment, the degree of pain of the two groups of patients were observed 1 weeks after operation, postoperative follow-up of 1 years, compared with two groups of curative effect.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of pain between the two groups (Z=1.322, P>0.05) in the 1 weeks after treatment. After 1 years of treatment, the effective rate of A group was significantly higher than that of B group (Z=4.460,P<0.05).Conclusion:The disposable root canal treatment is better than the therapeutic effect on CAP patients with multiple root canal treatment, curative effect is better, but for the complicated situation of severe dental periodontal tissue lesions and root canal patients need multiple root canal treatment.
