中西医结合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床观察

摘要

目的：分析中西医结合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血（功血）的临床效果。方法：选取秦皇岛市中医医院妇科符合入选标准的崩漏患者120例，单盲随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例，120例患者经宫腔镜诊查加之病理诊断后，分为两组，治疗组采用崩漏止血方加减联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片（优思明）治疗；对照组单纯口服优思明治疗，连续随访6个月，并记录复发时间、复发次数等情况。结果：治疗组的临床有效率为97.1%，对照组为81.4%；治疗组患者更年期功血复发率及复发次数低于对照组，复发时间长于对照组，两组患者治疗有效率、复发率、平均复发时间和复发次数差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为5.7%、4.3%，不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论：中西医结合可显著提高临床治疗更年期功血的疗效，且复发率低、安全性高。%Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:In Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of department of gynaecology conforms to the selected standard of 120 patients with uterine bleeding, single blinded and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group, 120 patients after hysteroscopic diagnosis and chattanooga pathological diagnosis, divided into two groups, treatment group with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis hemostasis decoction"plus yasmin treatment; according to the treatment group were treated with oral yasmin, continuous follow-up for 6 months, and record the recurrent time and the times.Results:Clinical treatment group, the rate was 97.1%, 81.4% in the control group. The treatment group patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding recurrence rate and recurrence times lower than that of the control group, the recurrence time was longer than the control group, the two groups of patients with treatment rate, recurrence rate, mean recurrence time and recurrence frequency differences have statistical significance (P<0.05) in the treatment group and control group of adverse reaction incidence rate was 5.7% and 4.3%, respectively, the differences in the adverse reactions without significant.Conclusion:Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the efficacy of clinical treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and the recurrence rate is low, the safety is high. It is worthy of clinical application.
