麻杏甘石汤佐治急性肺炎的疗效及对血清C反应蛋白的影响分析

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Maxingganshi Yusa Ji acute pneumonia and the effect on serum C. Methods:120 cases of patients with acute pneumonia were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in each, the control group were treated with anti infection and supportive therapy, treatment group were treated with Maxingganshi Decoction based on the control group, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect and serum CRP concentration.Results: The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05; two groups of patients with the average CRP concentration decreased, the treatment group decreased more significantly,P<0.05.Conclusions: Maxingganshi decoction can have obvious effect on the treatment of acute pneumonia, can significantly regulate the concentration of serum CPR.%目的：探讨麻杏甘石汤佐治急性肺炎的疗效及对血清C反应蛋白的影响。方法：120例急性肺炎患者随机分成2组，各60例，对照组采用抗感染+支持疗法，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用麻杏甘石汤，比较两组患者临床治疗效果及血清中CRP浓度变化情况。结果：治疗组患者愈显率明显高于对照组，P＜0.05；两组患者血清平均CRP浓度呈不同程度下降，治疗组下降幅度更明显，P＜0.05。结论：麻杏甘石汤对急性肺炎能够产生明显佐治效果，可显著调节血清CPR浓度。
