目的：探究早期针灸治疗对急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复作用的临床疗效。方法：168例患者随机分为两组，对照组84例患者接受常规西药治疗及相关的康复训练，观察组84例在对照组治疗基础上行早期针灸治疗。比较两组患者康复率、治疗后生活质量、神经功能缺损评分及Barthel指数评分情况。结果：两组患者症状均有所改善，观察组康复率明显高于对照组；对照组在总体生理功能、健康水平、生理职能、精神健康、活力指数、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能均低于观察组，神经功能分数评比对照组显著高于观察组，同时在Barthel指数评比中高于对照组，P均＜0.05。结论：急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者行早期针灸治疗，可大幅度的提高患者康复率，治疗后患者的生活质量及活力指数显著提升，神经功能恢复较快。%Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of early acupuncture treatment in patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 168 cases were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups. 84 patients in the control group of were treated with routine western medicine and rehabilitation training, while 84 patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture treatment based on the control group. Recovery rate and quality of life after treatment before and after treatment in patients with nerve function defect grade and the Barthel index score of two groups under different treatment were compared.Results: The symptoms of the two group were improved. The recovery rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group; Observation group's overall level of health, physical function, mental health, social function and vigor index body pain, physical function, emotional function were higher than the control group. the nerve function defect score of the control group was significantly higher than the observation group and the Barthel index was higher than the control group, there were differences between acupuncture group and the control group, the difference was significant statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction patients, early acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the recovery rate of patients, after treatment the patient's quality of life and vigor index significantly increased, and nerve function recovered fast.
