PURPOSE: Provided is a low frequency electric acupuncture system capable of searching spots for acupuncture and automatically operating on them, by which it is possible to perform an operation rapidly and accurately. CONSTITUTION: The low frequency electric acupuncture system includes a body attachment part having an electric probe and a ground plate for searching spots for acupuncture or generating a treating wave on the spots; an acupuncture spot detecting part for generating a square wave corresponding to an impedance of the skin applied from the body attachment part; a central management part for judging the spot as a spot for acupuncture when the same signals are continuously applied for a predetermined period of time by comparing the square waves applied from the acupuncture spot detecting part; a wave generating part for generating a treating wave when a wave generating signal is applied from the central management part; a relay for performing a switching action so that the body attachment part is connected to the acupuncture spot detecting part or the wave generating part; and an interface part for alarming or displaying the state of the central management part.
